Our CNC-milling precision is second to none. Whether it's a prototype, a small production run, or high quantity production work, we strive to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
We can precision machine ferrous and non-ferrous metals, composites, plastics, exotic materials, even wood. Our CNC-machining centers offer 2-axis, 2-1/2-axis and 3-axis machining.
We've recently added a second MATSUURA RA4 Twin Pallet Machining Center with 20" X 40" table capacity which allows maximum production as one pallet is loaded with raw or semi-machined material while the other pallet is machined.
Coating, plating, painting and anodizing are processes applied to machined materials. Each of these materials have their own characteristics and need to be addressed individually.
We have the experience in streamlining all of the coating processes above while maintaining the highest quality.
